Terms of use

Updated 14 August 2026

What applies to anyone using this site and the portal. What applies to a project is in that project's contract, which is a different document and overrides this one.

Who we are

Modulaire is a software engineering studio. This site is the shopfront for what we build, and the portal is the tool we use with existing clients.

What this site is, and is not

It is information. Any price, timeline or scope mentioned here is an example, not an offer: what counts is the quote written for your case.

The products in the work section belong to clients, are live, and are theirs. They appear here with permission, and the brands remain theirs.

The portal

Access is personal and granted by us to people the client names. Whoever receives it is responsible for not lending the password; whoever invites is responsible for telling us when someone leaves the company.

We use the portal to record requests, quotes and invoices. It does not replace the contract, and approving a quote there does not remove the need for a signed document — the approval is the commercial acceptance, the contract is the legal one.

What gets delivered

Ownership of what we build for a client is set in that project's contract, not here. Absent a clause saying otherwise, delivered and paid code belongs to the client.

The content of this site — text, drawings, brand — belongs to Modulaire.

Availability

We do what we can to keep the site and the portal up, and neither carries an availability guarantee. Availability commitments exist for client products, and live in that product's operating contract.

Links out

The product links lead to systems running under each client's responsibility. What happens after the click is governed by their terms.

Law and jurisdiction

Brazilian law applies. The courts of Modulaire's home district are elected for anything that cannot be settled by talking — which, in practice, has never been necessary.
